How to maintain my batteries ?
Don't overcharge ( E-Bike : 4 - 5 hours | E-Motorcycle : 5 - 6 hours ).
Charge regularly ( at least twice a week, beware that the batteries get depleted even if it's not in use ).
Do not store your batteries in extreme temperature.
Never leave your batteries empty / without charge for more than a week.
How to charge my E-Bike ?
After usage, please wait for 30 minutes to let the batteries cool down.
Unplug the power connection ( if possible for some type ).
Plug the charger into your batteries.
Wait for the charger's indicators to turn from green-red to red-red.
Wait for 4 - 5 hours depending on the batterie's capacity ( Don't charge it over 5 hours to avoid overcharging ).
How to charge my E-Motorcycle ?
Please let the vehicle cool down for 30 minutes after usage.
Turn the MCB switch on.
Plug the charger into your vehicle.
Wait for the indicator to turn from blue-red to red-red.
Wait for 5 - 6 hours depends on the capacity ( Don't charge it over 6 hours to avoid overcharging ).
How to wash or clean my electric bike or electric motorcycle ?
Turn your vehicle off and remove the battery ( if possible, for certain types ).
Wash it with mild soapy water using small bucket / glass.
Scrub the pedals, chain and brakes to remove all the dirt.
Wipe the electric bike / electric motorcycle using dry clothes to remove the rests of the water and make sure it's dry.
Install or plug the battery.
Store in dry and cool place.

Yes, because our products are designed to withstand any weather conditions.
Is it safe to ride E-Bike / E-Motorcyle through flood ?
It is safe, as long as the motor and battery is not submerged by water. Like any other vehicle, water and dirt can ruin mechanical components and electrical systems of your vehicle.
*Be aware that the motor is part of the rear wheel*
